Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of each box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
